From the eclectic to the sublime..... hopefully there is something here that everyone will enjoy.

Traci Bunkers Creates a Visual Journal Page

I love this!  The music is weird.  But the pace is fast and the music actually grows on you.  She only introduces herself then there is no talk, only demonstration.  I like that.  She doesn't talk DOWN to you as though you are a complete moron.  She has great ideas for art type journals.

Thank You Art Journal video

This is almost disturbing to watch.  There is a lot of anger in this art journal.  She states, "It doesn't take a lot to say thank you."  Is she meaning someone else needs to say it to her? It seems so.  There are many reasons to write and draw journals.  If drawing and painting with such intensity helps withdraw the anger from your system then it's doing what it's supposed to.  She states below this video that lately her entries have been anything but pretty...

The Sketchbook Project, the cover

Visual Journaling ~ How to Keep an Art Journal

This is a video on art journaling, which is another way of journaling, this time focusing more on drawing and other visual mediums, instead of simply words. It shows the process, from beginning to end, of an art journaling piece.

How to Keep a Food & Exercise Journal

Journaling isn't just a way to help you improve your mental and psychological health. By recording your food and exercise habits in a journal, you can learn a lot. Food journaling can potentially make poor eating choices apparent to you, or it can help motivate you to eat better. By keeping an exercise journal, you can look back and see how much you've improved.
